I just wanted to share some feedback that I just received from a patient about the event monitors. I hooked him up this week and he had called with a lot of question sabout the lights on his monitor, the battery, if he could run a chainsaw with it and a few other questions. I told him to call ACS to have them answer the questions for him. 

Today he called me back and was very happy with ACS. He said he was surprised how quickly he was able to talk to an actual person and that they answered every concern that he had and told him to call again if he had any questions. He also let me know that it is a good idea to have the patient push the record button a couple of times a day even if they are not having symptoms, which is good information for me. I was very happy to know that ACS offers such good support.
