What do the lights on the monitor mean?

Monitor: Green-Recording Blue: Transmitting data Yellow: About to or finished transmitting

I put the battery on the charger and its blue what does that mean?

Charger: When the Battery is attached the charger will turn blue. When the charger is plugged into
the wall the light will turn red or purple to indicate charging. The light will turn blue once the batt is charged.

Does the monitor connect to WiFi?

The monitor does not need wifi, but transmits via the Sprint Network.

I have to take a flight? Do I have to take off the monitor?

The device is okay to be worn during flights, it is an FDA approved device.

Should I wear the monitor during my daily activities?

The monitor can be worn during exercise or sleep but avoid getting the device wet.

Can I wear the monitor for a medical procedure?

The monitor should be removed for MRI. Ask your Dr if you should remove the device for other procedures.

I noticed one of my leads came off, what should I do?

If a lead comes off simply replace it as soon as noticed. Band Aids can be used to anchor leads in place if there is trouble keeping the electrodes in place.

Do the colors of the leads have a significance? Do they go in a particular place?
Yes, the white lead goes on the right side, beneath the colar bone. Black lead goes in the same place on the opposite side. Red lead goes beneath the black lead under the breast towards the bottom of the ribs.
How often should I change the electrodes(sticky pads)?

Sticky pads should be changed at least every other day or when pad no longer has a strong stick to the skin.

My monitor says "Connect ECG Cables" but I have the cable plugged in.

The monitor is not recognizing the cables being plugged into the unit. Press and hold the arrows pointing to the right and down. After holding the buttons down for about 10 seconds the monitor should clear out the message.
