ACS Diagnostics

This letter is written to express my applause for the staff of the ACS Diagnostics laboratory. We have been contracted with your Cardiac Laboratory for the last 14 months; and we could not have been more pleased.  It has been our experience that your CORE Monitoring device, and the reports your staff generate have helped to improve our patients’ cardiac outcomes. In particular, we appreciate that your Lab staff reviews each beat of each patient, each day. That provides us with the necessary confidence in trusting the accuracy of your reports. In fact, we have several patients with previously undisclosed cardiac issues that your staff and equipment discovered. These discoveries saved lives! Please let your phone staff know that we regularly hear positive feedback from our patients, after they have called the ACSD lab seeking information. A friendly and supportive staff member is always a comfort to a worried cardiac patient.  Thank you and your dedicated staff and to the management group that must encourage the excellence we have experienced.

I have worked in the Clinical Research Industry for over 20 years and held various positions from Research Nurse to Director as well as Business Development. My passion for research extends across the therapeutic areas of neurology, urology, cardiology, internal medicine, dermatology, endocrinology etc. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous vendors that have been good. However, ACS exceeds the expectations of “excellence”. The customer service was prompt, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Finally, the equipment is not bulky, EASY to use, with very simple instructions and real time results. Thank you for your efficiency and commitment to excellence.

It is easy to say thank you, what is difficult to express is the many special thoughts behind my thanks to Chris, the employee that assisted me. I am 71 years old and live alone. To find out that I would have to wear a heart monitor for the first time was completely unexpected. I had managed to work myself into a panic attack on the way home from the doctors. If I had not the opportunity to communicate with Chris, this whole thing would have been a failure. He recognized my fear and treated me with compassion and understanding. Please know that all the care and empathy from your employees at ACS Diagnostics who are monitoring people’s hearts is deeply felt and very much appreciated.

I just wanted to share some feedback that I just received from a patient about the event monitors. I hooked him up this week and he had called with a lot of question sabout the lights on his monitor, the battery, if he could run a chainsaw with it and a few other questions. I told him to call ACS to have them answer the questions for him.  Today he called me back and was very happy with ACS. He said he was surprised how quickly he was able to talk to an actual person and that they answered every concern that he had and told him to call again if he had any questions. He also let me know that it is a good idea to have the patient push the record button a couple of times a day even if they are not having symptoms, which is good information for me. I was very happy to know that ACS offers such good support.  Thank you all for the great patient care and customer support!
